Wm. L. Gilbert Clock Co., . 1875, "REGULATOR No. 3", in rosewood, 8-day, weight driven timepiece, in a fancy Victorian case designed after popular Austrian wall clocks of the time.
CONDITION:
the case has been refinished; bottom center finial is replaced and too small. The pendulum hanger has been repaired. Dial, hands, pendulum, iron weight and hardware are original. This is a model that does not turn up that often. For reference, see Ly's Gilbert book, page 130. Ht 50"
